Marina Towers on Dearborn just north of the River. Built about 40 years ago, this was THE place to live. Each apartment tower sits above a circular parking garage. Boat slips are at river level. The buldings had gone down hill in recent years but have recently be refurbished.  The House of Blues is here as well as the only bowling alley downtown.
